Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

• If there is a defect or serious damage (such as paint peeling or dislodged parts) within 1 month of receiving your product, you are eligible to request an exchange or refund.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided for any exchange or refund requests.

 Returns for reasons other than defects or damage are not accepted after purchase.

• Items on sale or clearance are Non-Returnable.



Exchange & Refund Process

1. To request an exchange or refund, please contact us with your order number and details of the defect or damage.

2. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange or refund.

3. We will bare the shipping costs if the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.



Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.



Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days after approval, please check your bank account or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
